My husband and I are the only other persons residing in the house. You will not normally meet us except upon arrival and upon leaving meaning a very private venue for you. We will however occasionally want to water the plants and hose down the balcony , access to your apparment will naturally be by prior agreement with yourselves unless there is an emergency. Stays longer than 3 nights may mean replenish the towels etc which we can leave on your landing should you prefer . I always send a thank you message for the booking asking for any special requests or needs, what prefernces regarding wine for the welcome pack. Also giving the key codes, post code, directions and fire instructions, Inventory etc I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion. We only serve continental breakfast. Providing the usual tea, coffee, 'Hot' chocolate, sugar, individual milks, juice, biscuits, cereal bars, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast and individual butters jam, honey. Any special requirements or preferences please let me know in plenty of time to allow me to accommodate your request, Daily replacements for these can be left for you in a basket, ouside your door, on your landing. Patio door access to your own balcony, with amazingly fantastic, panoramic views over the Adur River, Shoreham Beach. all also visible whilst sitting up in bed. Shoreham train Station is 600 meters away, bus stops 40 meters and Shoreham Airport within a mile. Gatwick Airport 32 miles. Trains to London go direct from Shorham regularly. So very easy to have a day in London and take in a show. Less than Seven miles away Brighton is a very vibrant and alive city always got something on, shows, events and theatre. less than half an hour by bus or train.
