Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. Spring Cottage is a stylish property situated in the heart of Beer, just a few minutes' walk to the pebble beach. The property has an enclosed patio style garden with seating for six guests. The house has recently been lovingly refurbished with nautical, soothing colour schemes and brandnew beautiful furnishings throughout. The entrance hall leads through into the lounge with comfortable seating, a large bay window, smart TV and electric wood burner effect stove. A study with desk and chair suitable for home working. An open plan split level living, dining area and kitchen. At the lower end there is a sofa and smart TV, on the next level there is a large dining area with seating for up to eight guests. On the top level there is a newly fitted kitchen with quality appliances. A door leading to large enclosed patio style, sloping garden with garden furniture. Outside tap suitable for washing wetsuits and dogs. Ground floor cloakroom with WC. From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the first floor where there are three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room with sink and w.c Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room with sink and w.c Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom A family bathroom suite with bath, w.c and hand basin. The pretty patio garden is a real sun trap, perfect for spending lazy days or al fresco dining. Parking: A parking permit is provided for one car for the car park behind the Dolphin pub. This can be used in the long stay spaces. Further cars can purchase weekly permits at twenty five pounds for 7 days through the EDDC website or RingGo app. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club.

Beer is one of East Devon’s most scenic villages. The harbour is a natural cove, a suntrap sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds by the tall white cliffs. As a historic fishing village, Beer is famous for its lobster, crab and fish which is sold on the beach and at the many excellent restaurants and pubs. From the Jubilee Gardens, set high on the cliffs, stunning views can be enjoyed across the bay and the sheltered pebble beach is an idyllic location from which to watch the local fishermen landing their catch or the sailing club’s flotilla of colourful yachts. Beer is a tranquil, unspoilt and extremely friendly village, remains totally un-commercialised to this day and full of charm and character.
