Our picturesque holiday home (standrewsbolthole.com) is located in a quaint pedestrianised cobbled street in the very heart of historic St Andrews. It is within a few steps of the University, Cathedral, coast and a nearby array of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars - not to mention a Sainsbury’s grocery store. The famous Old Course is also within a convenient 5 minute stroll. The property itself dates back to the 1800’s but has been completely refurbished and moderised to a high standard and has an exquisite BBQ/outdoor dining area in its own private secluded courtyard. The property is equipped to the highest standard with high-speed fibre broadband, international satellite 4HD entertainment and Sonos sound system. Within the compact kitchen there are all the usual requirements including dishwasher, microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, washer/dryer etc. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and patio doors onto the private patio. The second bedroom adjoins a bath/shower room and can be configured as twin beds or a kingsize double. The beds are all prepared with fine Egyptian cotton bedding. An ideal contemporary venue for any visit to the beautiful town of St Andrews.
We love using the apartment as a great holiday home for our family and sharing with the many wonderful guests who have enjoyed staying at our home.
In the very heart of St Andrews - No 1 location, close to the Golf courses the Uni and all the town has to offer!
