St Ives View is a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. The measurements of the bay are 520cm long, 255cm at the widest point and 234cm at the narrowest point. The stairs from the 1st floor to the ground floor are 49.5cm wide. There is also limited space at the turn point over four stairs at the top of this property has limited head room at several points of the internal Ives View shares rear access and has right of way through the neighboring properties garden to access the rear entrance door. Guests are kindly asked to keep the gates closed on this access. The wood burner on the 1st floor located in the snug is not operational.
