This charming two-bedroom thatched cottage in Burley offers a warm and welcoming retreat in the heart of the New Forest. Sleeping up to seven guests including an infant, the layout is ideal for families and couples alike. Bedroom One features one double bed and two single beds. Bedroom Two includes two single beds and a travel cot suitable for infants. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a cosy living room with smart TV and dining space for six, a well-equipped kitchen with air fryer, steamer and hob, and a large garden perfect for relaxing, playing, or dining al fresco. There’s a seasonal unheated pool and a private games room and gym featuring a slate-bed pool table, table football, dart board, treadmill and more. The hot tub is available as an optional extra, with a charge of twenty-five pounds for the first day and fifteen pounds per additional night , payable after booking confirmation. It must be booked in advance to ensure it’s heated for your arrival. Families are especially welcome with highchair, stair gate, themed children’s bedding, soft toys and games included. Pets are allowed for a charge of twenty five pounds per pet, per reservation payable after booking confirmation. The cottage is close to the village of Burley and a short drive from Ringwood, Lyndhurst and Bournemouth beaches.

Stag Cottage is located in a peaceful setting just outside Burley, a New Forest village famed for its wild ponies, ice cream parlours, tea rooms and folklore. Guests love walking or cycling from the front door into the open forest, with scenic trails and wildlife all around. Within minutes you can reach Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World, Liberty’s Reptile and Bird Centre, and New Forest Cycle Hire. Burley’s pubs and shops are just one mile away, while Ringwood’s market, supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive. It’s the perfect base for exploring the New Forest’s beauty and Bournemouth’s beaches.
