Hi. I have OCD so I assure you everything will be immaculately clean. I am passionate - really passionate about service and respect. We all work hard for our money and our down time is well deserved. So I believe we should all get great service when we go away. Furthermore I expect a degree of respect in return as I offer the same. If it’s right I make a point of telling the person. If it’s wrong - I don’t make a song and dance about it. Mistakes happen. It’s how they are dealt with that matters. I also love gadgets - which is reflected in all our places. I am very happily married to Helen. We have two dogs - Bella and Rufus that are our fur kids. I am at the bottom of the food chain in our house, dogs first. I will communicate with you via this platform or by telephone. I am here 24/7 for anything you may need.

A fully equipped beautiful kitchen. A modern bathroom with a bath and power shower & a spacious living room, with a smart TV & high speed wi-fi throughout. Free on street parking. Close to Apperley Bridge, Pudsey, Rodley, Headingley & Horsforth. 15 mins to Leeds & Bradford. 2 railway stations minutes away. 2 village gastro pubs in walking distance.

A quiet residential area. On a leafy street. All the houses are extremely old. Calverley is classed as a high end location. It has a few local pubs and cafes. Close to many areas. Like - Pudsey, Apperley Bridge, Rodley etc Great bus routes. A plethora of taxi companies making travel extremely convenient.
