Stoneyfield South Cottage has been open since July 2015 and continues to get reviews which indicate that guests love to stay.
I enjoy meeting the guests who come to stay, it is definitely the best part of providing a holiday let. I have met lovely people, who I would probably never had the opportunity to chat with without Stoneyfield South Cottage
The cottage is located is 500 metres from the main road, and both the front and back garden are enclosed. There are incredible views in this quiet location, but you could walk to town in 20 minutes. There are local shops with unique goods which are different to the mainland High Street stores and also Tesco, Coop,Argos, Superdrug and Boots. The restaurants cater for all tastes and are of a very high standard at reasonable costs. There is a sports centre, golf course, play parks, boat trips during summer months( see Seatrek website) fantastic beaches and incredible walks depending on interests and ages of children. They will not be bored. The Islands are safe and incredibly beautiful. Having your own transport will give you opportunity to see both Lewis and Harris.
