Relax in style at this peaceful two-bedroom home on the southern edge of the Scottish Highlands. Stormont House sits at one end of a rural hamlet, and has been beautifully styled to combine the past with modern luxury living. South facing reception rooms are downstairs, with two ensuite bedrooms upstairs. A host of fantastic sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities await guests on the nearby Logiealmond Estate and nearby, including grouse shooting, deer stalking, and salmon fishing. This traditional stone-built house has been lovingly restored and updated to create a luxury holiday home. The cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing, with windows on two sides, comfortable sofas, a large TV and a wood burner for colder days. The pastel wood-panelled dining room is a beautiful space for evening meals, with the adjacent kitchen just up two steps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, electric fan oven and gas hob. The adjoining utility room has a drying area, and leads to a WC and garden door. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both decorated and furnished to a high standard. Bedroom 1 has a super king-sized bed with a bath and shower over, with windows to the front and back of the property; bedroom 2 has twin beds and a walk-in shower. All the rooms, except the kitchen, have south facing windows, making the whole house light and bright, all year round. Stromont House is on the edge of the hamlet of Harrietfield, just outside the Logiealmond Estate boundary. Outside there is off-street car parking for two cars. A garden gate leads you round the side of the property into the large, enclosed gardens with garden furniture and bbq. We provide a full concierge service to arrange activities and days out, book local restaurants, airport transfers, car hire, private chef hire, etc. We can also arrange chilled Champagne, chocolates, food hampers with local produce and fresh flowers for your visit.

Stormont House is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country Estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up grouse and game shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond, and clay-pigeon shooting. The town of Perth is just 12 miles away with good shopping, restaurants, sports centres and a theatre and concert hall. Road connections are excellent with nearby motorway access to the cities of Edinburgh (57 miles) and Glasgow (64 miles). Perth train station offers regular services to Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London (including the Caledonian Sleeper service) and Perth airport offers private air travel.
