A stunning, recently renovated private guest house suitable for large groups of golfers and friends or families with children. A perfect stay for any season, the property includes a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, five double bedrooms, two bathrooms with three en-suites and a spacious but secluded outdoor garden. The house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Struan House is believed to have been built in *. It retains many of its original features but with a modern feel, including the high ceiling in the lounge and the unique stair case. The skylight on the top floor ensures the property has excellent natural light all year round. One of our bedrooms is on the ground floor, including an en-suite and a separate bathroom which is useful for those with restricted mobility. Three of our twin bedrooms can be adjusted to double beds by guests if they require. We include a range of useful amenities, including a utility room with a washer, dryer and iron. Free WiFi, dishwasher and use of our private car park. Everyone is welcome, including pets! We ask for no smoking in the property, and to be respectful to neighbours. ** HOT TUB CHARGE ** If you would like to use the hot tub, there will be an additional fee which is payable on arrival. Struan House is situated in the centre of Blairgowrie, a quiet town that comes alive at night which offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours and beautiful country side views. The town provides various supermarkets and shops, banks and churches. There are a lot of walking and cycling routes to be explored from only minutes away from the property. If looking to explore further, local bus and taxi services are available, and the property is only a 30 minute drive from Perth, Pitlochry and Dundee. If you are looking for an active stay, we are a 5 minute drive from Blairgowrie Golf Club and 40 minutes from Braemar Golf Club. For a more relaxing trip, we are walking distance from the lovely Angus Hotel which offers various beauty and spa treatments. Blairgowrie is also the proud host of the Highland Games, which takes place this year on Sunday 04 September at Bogles Field. This is just a 20 minute walk from Struan House.
