The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and has been professionally interior designed throughout. This first floor apartment is in the heart of the town centre with its vibrant bars, restaurants and cafés. Leamington's eclectic mix of high street shops and independent retailers are all on the doorstep. The property benefits from 2 comfortable double bedrooms, both with luxury memory foam mattresses and contemporary décor. The property benefits from lift access, secure underground parking and private access. The apartment is extremely well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.
