This car park has 24-hour CCTV and is a multistorey with so many spaces. Parking outside the property is available however, it is quite expensive and for a limited amount of time. We have a decibel monitoring device within the house, this is not capable of recording audio but will notify us if it’s been turned off or if decibels exceed an acceptable neighbourhood level. Please note Glasgow is now a low emissions zone (LEZ) please make sure your car is compliant before travelling. Glasgow has so much to offer, incredible restaurants, bars, shopping, and museums, all of which can be accessed just a short walk from the house. This maisonette is central but sits on a quiet road from Sauchiehall Street. This grants you brilliant access to all city attractions in a slightly quieter, predominantly residential area. You can explore the delights of Merchant City or some brilliant shopping in Buchanan Street within a 5-minute walk from the house. Giving you the best of both worlds, the opportunity to explore and venture out with ease and a quiet home to enjoy a restful night’s sleep in.
