A rustic yet modern and super cosy, well equipped apartment for up to 5 guests on the ground floor of an old corn store building, located on Pingle Nook Farm. Lovingly converted in 2016. The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private secure garden with a romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect your own eggs, which is a great activity for the kids! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes restaurants and bars. We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs but with prior approval. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridgefreezer and a microwave plus a dining table that can seat up to 6. There is also a separate drying room with a washing machine. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. The living room is spacious and includes a leather corner sofa that can seat 5 comfortably. This apartment has 2 farmhouse cosy bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 adults. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. The second bedroom contains a triple bunk bed with one standard double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is ample hanging space and storage for clothes and accessories. There is one large house bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Although the advert is for the ground floor apartment only, you will be the only guests stopping at Pingle Nook Farm Guest House. We don't rent out the first floor apartment at the same time as the ground floor apartment. So you can guarantee a peaceful, tranquil stay with us!

I have lived at Pingle Nook Farm my entire life. It was passed down to me by my Father and due to neither myself or my husband being particularly interested in farming, we decided to branch out and diversify hence the development of the building from a corn store to a guest house! We have been hosting a few years now and we absolutely love sharing our beautiful little farm with other people from around the world. We take huge pride in the farm and the buildings and strive to improve our services on a daily basis. It's a really rewarding job and we love it!

he accommodation is situated on the periphery of Pingle Nook Farm, which is a 45 acre farm in Denby Dale made up of grassland and woodland. On one side of the apartment you look out directly into the farm yard, where you can sometimes see the horses being exercised in the arena and on the other side you can see rolling hills and an abundance of wildlife. The apartment is accessible from Stubbin Lane (a very quiet track) which directly links you to several public footpaths. Great for dog walkers and those who like to get out and about on foot. We also own a private dog park, called the Pooch Park, Denby Dale which you can book online and use whilst you stay with us. We are conveniently situated so you can leave your car at the farm and enjoy what the local area has to offer on foot. We are approx 12 mins on foot from the centre of Denby Dale and 15 mins on foot from the nearest dog friendly pub/restaurant. Denby Dale train station is 20 mins on foot. We have some fantastic dog friendly cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
