The cottage is just a few minutes walk to the centre of Fleet with its coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet residential area, with close proximity to Fleet High Street but separate from it. Abundance of trees and shrubbery (Rhododendrons) that provide an almost rural feel. Unadopted and unmade roads and verges add to the informality of the area. Sparse and unobtrusive lighting add to the semi rural feel of the area. Buildings are generally residential and many are substantial, some dating back to the early 19th Century. Ample parking onsite, with a five-ten minute stroll into town boasting a number of shops, coffee stops and restaurants, as well as Waitrose, Marks and Spencers and Sainsbury's for provisions.
