Including all the little luxuries you'll love.  Sleeps 4 people comfortably (2 bedrooms) –(single beds adjacent to each other.) There is a double sofa bed that (sleeps 2) (cottage totalling 6 people)  Fully equipped kitchen  Outside yard perfect for AM coffee or PM wine (Sun Trap) . Our living area includes: 55” Smart TV with beautifully hand-made corner sofa and “Love Seat”. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. This includes a dishwasher as well as a dining table and all the kitchen and cooking utensils you would expect. Don’t forget your coffee pods for our Nespresso coffee machine. There is even a boot rack for the walkers and a secure bike rack. The stairs lead to a fully modernised bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, clothing rail, dressing area/workstation and lovely King Size bed. The 2nd bedroom contains 2-single beds and clothing rail. We provide towels and bedding throughout. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a dog, there is a charge for this. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. due to providing luxury accommodation. Any damages to the property will automatically be charged to your account. There is a launderette nearby which is open most days; so perfect for longer stays. Health and Safety The property includes smoke detectors. Kitchen is fitted with a heat detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. There is a 1st aid kit. There is no smoking vaping permitted inside the property.
