Park View offers 9 individual en-suite rooms with shared access and a separate 3-bed apartment on the ground floor with private access. The whole property (apartment and 9 rooms) can be booked in its entirety or in part, offering a great opportunity for friends and family to holiday together. Park View is directly opposite Peasholm Park with several cafes and bars on the doorstep. We are perfectly located for the beach and Open Air Theatre, which hosts world-famous acts, as they are only are a 5-minute walk away. Scarborough Cricket Ground is a 10-minute walk and the town centre a 15-minute walk. Several bus services operate nearby. All in all the perfect location for a holiday with flexibility and choice in accomodation options and easy access to Scarborough's main attractions.

This setup provides flexibility and choice for your stay in Scarborough. You can book any of the nine en-suite bedrooms—located on the first and second floors—on a room-only basis. Conveniently, there are excellent cafés and bistros just outside the property serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The ground-floor apartment, with its own private entrance, can be booked as a self-contained holiday let. Alternatively, you can book the entire property—including the apartment and all or some of the nine individual rooms—making it ideal for group stays with friends or family.
