The living areas in this lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, TV, woodburning stove, and dining table, and a cloakroom. The Fleet Air Arm Museum is 7 miles north of Yeovil and is one of the largest aviation museums in the world with many historic aircraft on display; the prestigious Haynes International Motor Museum at Sparkford offers an excellent day out for everyone with a vast collection of veteran, vintage, and classic cars and bikes offering a fascinating window into motoring history; the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum at Lyme Regis is slightly farther away but within easy driving distance.
