We offer a truly unique experience where you can immerse yourself in your own private woodland. Take a walk along the paths of and discover the private ofuro hot tub for your own personal use or use the amenities at our Hermitage, where you can relax and use our BBQ and fire pit. In the hut you will find everything you need for your self catering break as well as a welcome hamper of locally produced food. For a small fee you can also upgrade to a breakfast hamper to include fresh eggs from our free range hens and locally sourced breakfast goods. We aim to be as eco conscious as possible and so all toiletries and cleaning products are selected for their Earth-friendly credentials. We have also tried to re-purpose much many items from the farm for the decor within the hut; from old gate posts to potato crates to old stop taps. If we can reuse it, we have! Please be aware that the Shepherd hut is located on a working farm and therefore we advise that it is likely that you will encounter farm traffic during your stay. Although we endeavour to make your stay as peaceful as possible, at certain times of the year there will be more farm traffic and noise than usual.

We're so happy to share our wonderful piece of Lincolnshire with our guests. We have been lucky to be the latest in a long line of Hiltons who have looked after such a beautiful area of land and we are eager for others to experience the peace and tranquillity of our woodland and working farm.

There is so much to offer in the local area. We are a stones throw from the magnificent Viking Way walks and the National Cycle Route. We are surrounded by independent market towns which have a lot to offer day trippers with independent cafes and restaurants as well as gift shops and clothing boutiques. Slightly further afield, we are between both the historic city of Lincoln and the up and coming city of Hull.
