Sycamore Cottage is situated in the tranquil Eden Valley with stunning views of the Northern Pennines and distant Lake district fells. The property is located in a peaceful rural area approximately four miles from the market town of Appleby. To the rear of the cottage there is a patio and lawned area with garden furniture and a BBQ. The accommodation is upside down style and the double and twin bedrooms on the ground floor are both en suite. Upstairs is open plan, kitchen, dining/living area.

Quiet rural location. There are two other holiday cottages in the courtyard.
