Tackleway Cottage is a charmingly converted ex-fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. It is laid out over 3 stories with kitchen and bathroom on the bottom level, large sitting room in the middle level and two bedrooms on the top level. One bedroom has a king sized double bed with a view of the sea, Hastings pier, the roof tops of the old town and East Hill. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. It has a view of the sea, the West Hill and the funicular cliff railway. The backdoor from the kitchen leads to a small west-facing terrace with a sea view. Perfect for sunny evenings. The front door room from the sitting room leads straight onto Tackleway. Spiral staircases connect the different levels. Please do not book this property if you are not confident on spiral staircases. There is easy access down to the fishermen's huts, the fish stalls and the sea front via the Tamarisk Steps. The famous Crown restaurant and pub is within easy walking distance. This is a no smoking property. Please do not book this property if you intend to smoke. Smoking is NOT permitted in outside terrace
