We have been working with the hospiatality industry for many years. Starting in the restaurant sector, before moving to a pub in Bakewell, which we ran for over 8 years. We moved into holiday accomodation 5 years ago, purchasing Avenue House, our striking Victorian BnB, with 6 en suite rooms and where breakfast is served, we also have two charming holiday cottages in the town. We are a small team and pride ourselves on a warm welcome ensuring our guests have a enjoyable stay.

Tannery House is a large family home,. Situated in the town centre of Bakewell, the property is in a secluded location, set within a mature private garden. The accomodation comprises of a ground floor annexe,with three ensuite bedrooms over looking the garden. All the rooms are individually and simply decoarated, and have complimentary tea tray and hot water maker. Each room has a smart t.v (to use with you own accounts) and free wifif. Each rom has a small table and chairs (more suited to the summer months) on the patio, where guests can sit and enjoy the view of the garden. Each room has one parking space. It is important to note that breakfast is served at our sister BnB, Avenue House, just a few minutes walk (towards the park). Breakfast is included and is served between 8.30am - 10.00am. We have a relaxed approach to hosting, we like our guests to feel comfortable within the surroundings, and we are on hand should you need us. We are unable to accept dogs, as we have our own very friendly pooches, but they do not go in the letting acccomodation, they may accost you for a stroke on your way in though!

Situated in the centre of the historic market town of Bakewell, Tannery House is a great base to explore Bakewell and the surrounding villages of the Peak District. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are within easy reach of the town.
