Visit for full info about this home, including accessibility, a video tour, and a floor plan. - Pets: Not allowed. - Please search and contact us for stays over 21 nights (we cannot administrate these via this platform). - A security deposit of GBP200 is a condition of booking, if not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange. - Once you have placed your booking request, before we can process your booking we will require some simple additional information such as postal address, direct email and guest details. Please do not book if you are unable to provide this, as we cannot offer a refund on this basis. - Arrival and departure times are clearly stated. As our properties can be booked right up until the last minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Should you prefer to guarantee any such request now, please add an additional night to the start and/or end of your booking. - Top tip: Adding another night or two may only cost a little extra, or sometimes nothing at all!
