Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure guest satisfaction we require additional cleans at the guests' cost for all stays of 11 nights + and every 10 days thereafter. During the clean the house will be fully cleaned, all consumables restocked and the towels/sheets will be changed.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
