The Bawden's being primarily a family run establishment catering for all ages, we aim to make your stay with us both relaxing and comfortable in our bright airy modern surroundings . We welcome all our gests from the United Kingdom, as well as our international clientele many repeat booking year on year from around the world. Whether this is your very first visit, or one of many returning visits, Blackpool has so much more to be discover whiles here. The surrounding beauty of the Fylde Coast and its small towns and long golden beeches at all times of the year looking out over The Irish Sea and the magnificent sun sets over the horizon from the promenade are not to be missed as the mass dusk dances of thousands of house-martins conduct there dance over north pier nightly. So not just the Tower, Pleasure Beach, Priers, Promenading with a Kiss-Me-Quick hat ice cream and a stick of Blackpool rock, so much much more to be enjoyed.

This two story apartment building just off the centre of town has been run by the Bawden family for over 20 years with repeat clients returning from all over the world yearly to experience the United Kingdoms number-1 seaside holiday resort. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, cooking utensils', crockery and table ware. New open framed beds with pocket memory foam mattresses are provided in each bed room and a sofa bed in each lounge room with modern white cotton bedding. All apartments have walk-in showers and sink / toilet facilities, supplied with new cotton towels. Apartment lounges haves sofa beds, digital HD TV's and free high speed WIFI throughout, and comfortable seating. Within a very short eastwards walk you will find yourself in the heart of Blackpool town centre, theatres, club life, pubs/bars and night clubs, and many fine restaurants and cafe's are in-abundance with the new Winter Gardens conference centre and famous Blackpool Tower building and world famous Ballroom and circus all less than 10 minutes walk from the front door of the apartments. To the west, Stanley Park, Blackpool's Zoo and model village are located, and for the walkers behind the zoo you'll find Marton Mere bird reserve a quite haven in all weathers. To the south along the promenade Central and further on South pier before the Please Beach and Sand Castle pleasure parks, further on to Star Gate is the Blackpool sand dunes a natural beach and nature reserve near to the airport. The north and beyond are situated the lake district national park for a fantastic day trip. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment building and is not equipped with an elevator/ lift and so all apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are accessed by the stair way. All apartments have smoke and fire alarm systems with regulation fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

Neighbourhood information

The Bawden's is situated at the north end of Park Road, a main archery into the town centre. The street can be busy during day time, but by night a more relaxed feel falls over the area leading to a good nights sleep away from all the hustle and bustle of the towns attractions, but still just a short walk back into the "all singing and dancing" night life of Blackpool, for those seeking further excitement.
