With hand finished furniture and floor to ceiling windows guests will experience unrivalled views of the Forth Rail Bridge which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Firth of Forth looking across to Edinburgh Castle and the Port of Leith. The rooms at the Bay and Bridge are spacious offering guests idyllic views, comfortable bedrooms, extended living space and the opportunity to sample a quality, locally sourced breakfast or self-cater. From our superb vantage point, one can become absorbed in the dramatic surroundings and wonderful wildlife. Fast EV charging is also locally available within 400 metres rated from 0.15 p per kw. The Bay and Bridge is less than a 10 minute walk from the local train station which takes guests directly into Edinburgh City Centre and Edinburgh Airport in less than 30 minutes. We are perfectly located for the Fife Coastal Walk, the high tempo of motorsport at Knockhill Racing Circuit and the Cowdenbeath Racewall or a relaxing round at one of Fife’s exquisite golf courses. Situated a short drive from Loch Leven Nature Reserve guests can spend time birdwatching, soaking up the history or simply enjoying the fresh air on the heritage trail. For those Outlander fans amongst you we are also centrally based for visiting the many Scottish locations used for filming including Aberdour Castle, Culross, Falkland Palace and Hopetoun House. The Bay and Bridge is located just 10 minutes by car from the Rosyth Cruise Terminal and we can offer a drop off / pick up service for guests going on or returning from a cruise. Hosts Chris and Claire pride themselves on their attention to detail and are always on hand to provide advice on a days’ excursion, local restaurants and travel links. We are happy to provide free flask refills for walkers and have secure overnight storage for bicycles.
