Self-contained one bedroom flat with its own entrance next to our house
The flat is a new garage conversion. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and living area has a patio door with very good lighting. There is a fridge/freezer and a combinational microwave cooker. You can cook light meals if you like. The local restaurants, shops and pubs are within a few minute walking distances. Free WiFi. One parking space in front of the house can be provided.
Neighbourhood information
It is a very quite neighborhood. The neighbors are retired professionals.
Heatington high street is within walking distance. The flat is close to University hospitals.
