The 2 double bedroom first floor studio is a self contained separate building to the owners home set in large mature wooded gardens (home to red squirrels) Gardens are shared with owner. The studio is licensed for 4 persons only and comprises open plan living room, kitchenette & dining area. Sofas, Full SkyQ, 4K smart tv (Netflix/YouTube), maps, books & games are available). Each of the 2 bedrooms include bed (1x room: double sized/ 1x room: queen sized) drawers, side table and wardrobe hanging space. Kitchen area equipped with oak counter, butler sink, built in fridge/freezer, cooker and induction hob. Microwave, kettle & toaster and all basic kitchen utensils for simple cooking requirements. Bathroom (sink, w/c, large power shower (no bath).

The owner (and 2x dogs) occupies the adjacent property and is predominately on-site and is contactable 24/7 during your stay.
