This cottage has been recently refurbished to high standards. The entrance hall leads into a fully fitted kitchen/eating room and utlility room/boot room with door to the terrace/garden. There is one shower room/wetroom with a shower, basin and WC. It is a level one cottage for disabled guests.
Services included: Bed linen and towels, colour TV, wifi, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arr
I live at Arndean with my wife Katie and we have 3 children. The cottage is in the courtyard of our home. I was in the army (Scots Guards) for 22 years and I now run the family estate. I enjoy golf, tennis, curling and skiing.
This delightful cottage enjoys a very convenient location, being within 45 minutes drive of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow. In a quiet setting situated on a private estate. Forming 1 side of an attractive courtyard, opposite the owner's home on their country estate, Stylish furnishings, bright interior design and generous use of space make this cottage a relaxing and comfortable retreat after a day spent exploring the delightful surrounding area or participating in the wide range of outdoor activities. Fishing, shooting, hillwalking, ancient castles and battlefields and golf are all nearby. Several excellent restaurants are within 3 miles. The town of Dollar with good shopping is 2 miles away.
