The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should need to prepare a meal for all, such as oven, microwave, hob, washing machine etc. The decor throughout this property is done to a modern & luxury standard with unique finishing touches. There is also an outdoor patio area with luxurious garden furniture, which is private for you & your guests to enjoy during your stay. There is a cleaning fee of 120 GBP and a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
