Located in the village of West Pelton, the property features a private living room equipped with a 55-inch television and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully stocked with utensils and crockery, comfortably seating four guests at the dining table. Upstairs, a cosy reading nook awaits on the landing, leading to the stylish “Pithouse Baths”—a beautifully tiled bathroom with a large tub, shower, twin sinks, and toilet. The master bedroom, known as The Coach Room, offers a spacious king-size bed, a large TV, dressing table, mirror, and generous wardrobe space. The second bedroom, The Miners Room, is a snug space with two fully adjustable electric beds, perfect for easing aches, along with a TV, chest of drawers, and bedside unit. Additional features include a cloakroom upstairs with ample space for coats and luggage, a smaller cloakroom downstairs, and a dedicated washroom for laundry needs. Parking is available with one space in the rear yard. However on street parking is often followed. Local Amenities Just 20 metres away, guests can enjoy a discount at the North East’s renowned Top Notch Scotch Eggs. Next door, a convenient corner shop provides all your daily essentials. Nearby you have Beamish Museum, Beamish Hall and the South Causey Inn.
