The Cottage is a three-storey stone property within the town of Dartmouth in South Devon. It plays host to three bedrooms which include a king-size zip/link, a king-size with an en-suite and a single room, there is also a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep five people. Also inside, you will find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. The exterior of the property offers permit parking for one car and a courtyard terrace with furniture. The Cottage is a homely base for families and friends looking to explore the natural marvels of South Devon. NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 10-15 minute walk from the apartment). Please note that the Mayors Avenue car park is closed for the Regatta note that Clarence Hill is narrow with a 6' width restriction in house is situated over three floors. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.Strictly No Smoking

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.
