For me as a host - I have now 15 years experience running this establishment and spent 18 years previously in customer services and dealing with the general public so my key attributes are to listen to my guests wants and needs and then be able to advise and offer a tailor made package to assist in a smooth and relaxing time for our clients to maximise the enjoyment of their stay !!!!

The key word is hospitality which many forget - We help our guests in and out of the hotel with their luggage and offer complimentary tea or coffee on arrival ........ Luggage assistance is also given to the guests rooms - All of our rooms and public areas have all been refurbished and modernised to a fresh and modern standard with a seaside theme as decor to all of our bedrooms - As the owner I always make sure I spend time with my guests so they feel at home and relaxed - If required I give advice and recommendations on things to do and places to visit plus also recommendations for entertainment and eating too - We offer a free taxi ordering service so guests can get from a to b without any issues or problems ....... We also have a beautiful South facing garden where our guests can enjoy some relaxing time with a drink chilling in the sunshine whilst also enjoying views to the sea !!! A great breakfast with 8 items on the full English far more than many other establishments around us - And we are renowned to offer a breakfast second to none !!!! All in all a great friendly and relaxing service - A beacon of excellence in a sea of mediocrity !!

Firstly you will enjoy our little "Oasis" which is our south facing garden - Well equipped with seating which gently rocks (if required) a tranquil fish pond with fountain and our famous boat rockery (built by me) !!!! All in all to make a glorious setting to enjoy - Once outside the gate you are approximately 250 yards to the beautiful beach which has miles and miles of glorious sand to enjoy ...... Many restaurants and bars also in walking distance - Midway between the pleasure beach to the south and Blackpool Tower and the town centre to the north - A quiet area ideal for families and couples to enjoy !!
