Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Set in a peaceful & rural location, The Granary is located four miles outside St Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Set on eight acres of shared grounds, our two bedroom accommodation is the perfect country escape. The Granary retains a wealth of exposed timbers and stonework throughout, and boasts its own garden, with patio area, alongside 8 acres of shared grounds. 1x double bedroom and 1x twin bedroom with living room, large kitchen and bathroom. The property also comes with a garden area (separate from The Granary) and private parking. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre Arrival When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. During Your Stay We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. If we can help with anything during your stay don’t hesitate to call us during office hours. Our office in St Andrews is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to help with any queries. If the emergency issues occur out of our normal working hours during your stay, you can call us and leave a message; or send us an email for our colleague on call to respond to. Other things to note: We have a number of optional extras available to enhance your stay with us and will be available to purchase via the weblink in your booking confirmation. These must be added at least 48hrs before your reservation date.

Tucked away by the Kenly Burn in a quiet and picturesque location, this former granary stands only 1 mile from the sea and 2½ miles from a sandy beach. St. Andrews, with its famous golf courses, is only four miles away. Local area (approx.): - St.Andrews (7 min drive) - East Neuk (10 min drive) - Edinburgh (1 hr 15 minutes drive) - Glasgow (2 hrs) NEARBY SUPERMARKETS Morrisons, Aldi and Marks and Spencer are located on the outskirts of St Andrews. As you approach St Andrews from Boarhills, take the first left on the second small roundabout to Lamond Drive. At the end of the road take a left. After a short drive, Marks and Spencer is on your right, Aldi on your left and Morrisons at the end of the road. A Tesco Metro and Sainsbury’s are located in the centre of town. RESTAURANTS & BARS The nearest cafe is at Cambo Gardens (open daily) in Kingsbarns. The nearest restaurants and bars are in St Andrews. Please ask if you would like any recommendations. BEACHES Kingsbarns beach is worth a visit. Great for dog walks! The Cheesy Toast Shack is always good should you get hungry. West Sands is a great walking beach in St Andrews.
