You’ll find everything you need for a luxurious short stay from including wood burner, an oak framed balcony where you can sit and enjoy views across the village green and the neighbouring church.

Kerry and Mark live and work in the village running the village store below and the Cartshed tearoom behind. We moved here around 8 years ago and instantly fell in love with the village and the people. It’s such a lovely and welcoming place!

There’s loads to do here… there’s the award winning Dabbling Duck across the green for food and drinks inc wood fired pizzas. There’s the renowned Cartshed tearoom behind the apartment which serve homemade cakes, delicious coffee, tea and hot chocolate. You can order a cooked breakfast or have an afternoon tea here too. Below is the village store called Massingham Stores where you’ll find all the essentials and luxuries to boot. There are beautiful walks and cycle rides around the village whilst you take in the picturesque duck ponds and greens that the village is synonymous with. To the north (approx 14 miles) is the North Norfolk coastline where you can explore stunning beaches.
