The Hideaway is a stylish bungalow located centrally in the village of Tintagel, Cornwall. A modern build property (built 2023) with an open plan living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and patio garden that makes for the perfect place for a break. The property is a 5 minute walk from the famous Tintagel Castle, the home of the legend that is King Arthur, along with access to the South West Coast Path making it a great place for walkers. The property also has fast wifi throughout.

We are a professional couple with a passion for Cornwall and everything it has to offer, namely; the food, the great outdoors and the relaxed way of living. Owing to our work commitments, we're generally travelling meaning that when we're not there we like to share our property so that other people can enjoy it and explore the beautiful county of Cornwall. We're a big lover of animals, so we invite people to bring their dogs with them on their trips to our house. This way everyone can enjoy the local walks and there's no reason to worry about who looks after your dog(s) whilst you're away.

Tintagel is known for its castle and the associated legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. It is also famous for its rustic pubs and old post office. Summer (June to August) is the best time to visit Tintagel if you want to enjoy the many coastal walks and nearby beaches. Spring and fall are also great times to visit (but bring a raincoat). For such a small village there are plenty of pubs in Tintagel. The best ones are The King Arthur’s Arms, Ye Olde Malthouse, and The Cornishman Inn.
