It’s has its own private entrance from where the staircase ( about 12 steps ) will lead you directly into The Hideaway. There is a bench outside by the front door for you to enjoy the sun ! There is Private parking space for your sole use during your stay. We hope we have thought of everything you may need including Wi-fi with back up 4G , a King Size Bed with a Luxury memory foam mattress , a Black Out Blind in the bedroomI, , 2 x Smart Tv's ( A 45 inch one in the lounge and a smaller one in the bedroom, ( both are Netflix compatible ), Fully loaded kitchen , Nespresso Machine , Coffee , coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, Tea bags, Sugar, Milk, Dishwasher tablets, Washing Machine Tablets, Kitchen Aid Toaster and Kettle, Cafetière , Slow Cooker, Washing Machine/ Dryer ,Dishwasher, Separate Fridge & Freezer, Hair dryer, Iron and Board ,Clothes airer, Beach Towels, books, games & puzzles. Information area with lots of leaflets on places to visit and things to do. There are maps/cycling routes & bike hire info. We love travelling the world but love being at home in The New Forest and walking along the Solent Way with all it has to offer more than anything else. We welcome you to our Hideaway just a few minutes walk through the Nature Reserve of Sturt Pond to Hurst Shingle Bank and the beach from where you can walk to Hurst Castle and capture the amaizing views of the Isle of Wight. The scenery in our photos is right on the doorstep of our Hideaway. Less that two minutes walk to Sturt Pond. We love it here and are sure you will to !

The HIdeaway is located next to the footpath with after just a short walk from the doorstep through the lovely nature reserve of "Sturt Pond" to the beach with gorgeous views of the Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle which can be reached either by boat or you can walk to it along the shingle bank taking the breath taking views in along the way. Restaurants, bars and shops are right on your doorstep so no need for a car. Lymington is only 2 miles so just a few minutes by car or you can walk the Famous Solent Way from Keyhaven to Lymington ( just a few minutes from The Hideaway) and enjoy the lovely views of the Solent along the way.. The world famous Beulieu Motor Museum and Palace house are just 10 minutes drive across the forest , But if you prefer not to drive you can hop onto the New Forest Tour Bus in Milford on Sea , Lymington (It is Seasonal ) which has three different routes covering the whole of the New Forest and all it has to offer ( Full details both online and in our Hideaway ). From Lymington you can catch the ferry to The Isle of Wight ( just 35 minute crossing ) and a great day out. Great walks along the coast in both directions. You can hire a bike either traditional or electric ( details in The Hideaway ) and have a great day out in the New Forest.
