Our two bedroom victorian house offers a great base to explore the historic beautiful City of York and surrounding areas. Our home is a victorian terraced house over 100 years old and though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging both inside and outside. As with some victorian houses, the staircase is quite steep. The bathroom is located downstairs off the galley kitchen. A fully complete kitchen, laundry, dining, and living areas, for a full ‘home away from home’ experience.

Our house is located in a charming neighborhood with wonderful local restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance on Bishopthorpe Road. Nearby at the end of the road you will find the local Knavesmire butchers and bakery. Ideally located for dog walkers, runners and children with the Knavesmire being so close. Free on street parking is available outside the house. It is a twenty minute walk into York center which can be taken along the River Ouse or alternatively passing through the famous "Bishy Road". There is a bus stop located at the end of the road, taking you into York within minutes.
