The Lake House is a luxury self-contained, semi-detached holiday home with uninterrupted views over our 2 acre lake which you are welcome to enjoy and observe an abundance of wildlife. This property features a utility/boot room with freezer and washer/drier, 1 bedroom with super king size bed and en suite with large walk in shower and Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware. Award winning ethically sourced toiletries, quality bed linen, towels and fluffy bathrobes are provided. There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a woodburner to keep you cosy during the colder months and underfloor heating for your comfort. For your entertainment there is a 55" flat screen TV with streaming services e.g. Netflix also there are games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and Lavazza espresso coffee machine.

Keith and I were both born in Cornwall and have lived here all our lives, we are passionate about where we live and enjoy lots of outdoor activities. Cornwall is a lovely county with miles of stunning coastline to explore as well as lots of historical landmarks , many National Trust estates and gardens, lots of activities for the more adventurous and quaint fishing villages .

The Lake House is situated at the end of a long tarmaced lane surrounded by glorious countryside and with lovely walks from the doorstep. There are a number of excellent pubs within a short drive serving delicious food sourced from local farms and fishermen. There are also local village shops and an excellent butchers just a 10 minute drive away. Ladock Woods with its numerous trails and a walk along the lovely Tresillian river are also only 10 min by car.
