The Cottage is nestled on the Lansdowne Road leading into Bourton-on-the-Water, the town is just a 5 minute walk away. A private grey side gate leads straight into a pretty gravelled patio area with potted flowers and outdoor seating to soak up the last of the Summer sun. On entering the back door you will find a fully equipped country kitchen, we provided all the essential cooking items should you wish to stay in for an evening meal. There is also a washing machine, microwave and under counter fridge with fresh milk for your arrival. Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with exposed beams, smart TV and super comfy sofa. On the first floor is the first of two bedrooms, this light and airy room has built in wardrobes and a double bed. The bathroom is next door and contains a modern electric shower over a full length bath along with towel rail and toilet. On the third floor is a smaller room with twin beds ideal for children and young adults. We also provide a high chair and a standard sized travel cot for young babies. Please note we do not provide any baby linen so bring your preferred bedding with you. We provided Free Parking for 1 car, WiFi, crisp white linen and towels throughout your stay. The Cottage is also pet friendly and we can recommend so wonderful walks through the Cotswold villages. The Lansdowne Cottage is an ideal base for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer.

The Lansdowne Cottage is located on Lansdowne Road just a few doors down from our main guest house. There is a fantastic pub next door offering food and drinks Tuesday-Sunday. Bourton-on-the-Water is more commonly known as ‘The Venice of the Cotswolds’ and there is a huge array of things to do in the town and the surrounding area. The high street is scattered with charming little tea rooms over looking the River Windrush which runs right through the centre of the village.
