Situated on the edge of Kingham village (not in Bruern) and adjacent to an angling lake of 1.5 acres. One single unit but adjacent to a CL site which is rarely full. The Luna Bell Tent is good height and size; nicely fitted out with a double bed and a sofa bed. This is an off grid situation with a nearby Toilet and shower facility which is shared with the small CL site. Fitted with a Log Burner there is the option to have heat within the tent. Cotswold countryside with no near neighbours and not overlooked. Day Ticket coarse fishing is available on site. Quiet location but so much on offer in the area.

Sheila is the property owner and lives on site. Sheila has lived here for 30+ years and the addition of the tent is just to enhance the facilities provided in this off grid location. There seems to be a lack of this type of holiday option in this actual locality which is within an AONB in the North Cotswolds.

This charmed triangle where the rich and famous reside. Cotswold honey coloured houses and beautiful villages all around us. The Daylesford Organic Fam Shop is three miles, Burford Wildlife Park is 9 miles, Bourton on the Water is 12 miles and Diddly Squat and other Clarkson enterprises are just a stones throw away. There are good Restaurants in all the local pubs in the nearest villages to this very rural site. In the centre of the triangle formed by Burford, Stow on the Wold and Chipping Norton and just one mile from the Kingham Rail Station with access to the London Worcester mainline. Thus within easy reach of Oxford, Reading, London one way and Evesham, Pershore, Worcester and on to Hereford the other. Walkable to the Big Festival which is held every August Bank Holiday weekend.
