A delightful three bedroom fisherman's cottage just 100 yards from Whitstable Harbour, fish market & West Beach beyond. Stroll directly from the front door along beautiful Harbour street, packed with local boutique shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and modern open plan living space throughout ground floor with all the luxuries. The perfect spot for friends and family to enjoy all that Whitstable has to offer. On street parking to front and rear of the property.There is on street EV Charging within 100 Meters of the property outside the yacht club. Please note there are some fairly steep steps to the 2nd floor twin room as in keeping with this period fisherman's cottage, so not suitable for very young children or less mobile only on this floor. We do not allow 3rd Party bookings; the person booking must be staying and be responsible for the property. The space: This is a thoroughly modern property complete with all the home comforts plus two bathrooms. Every bedroom has a TV, the lounge has a Bose sound bar, Amazon Alexa, CD player, Blue ray DVD, and even a record player with some old vinyl for you to play. There is also a log burner to help you enjoy the winter months by a cosy fire. Small well behaved dogs are welcome if agreed in advance. Guest access: You will have private full access to the house and all it amenities. Interaction with guests: If you need help with anything including a good restaurant recommendation please do ask.

We fell in love with Whitstable and have enjoyed creating an amazing and comfortable holiday home. We always have fantastic guests who appreciate our home and the surrounding area and always leave fantastic reviews. We love to travel but still enjoy returning to Whitstable when we can, although it's nearly always fully booked!

Harriet and Adam's place is located in Whitstable, Kent, United Kingdom. Whitstable is in a vibrant area, with two excellent local pubs directly on our street plus many more along Harbour and High Street. We even boast a few micro pubs including the Black Dog, the Handsome Sam and the Tankerton Arms to add to the charm. Whitstable has a great live music scene too at most of the bars during weekends. And the shopping is amazing; loads of boutique shops for clothes and gifts plus the quaint harbour market is open most weekends. There is an active art scene in Whitstable with many independent galleries such as the Fish Slab, also the Horsebridge Centre hosts many larger exhibitions along with local art and art house films. The yacht club and sailing school are across the road, with sailing lessons and dinghy, paddle board and windsurf hire. We are surrounded by fantastic restaurants catering for all tastes from local seafood, Vegan, Turkish, Tapas, Italian, Thai, Indian and Chinese to name a few. There are also some great local delis to help your picnic on the beach, or just go for some essential Fish and Chips that will taste even better on the beach sat on a groyne! A great place to go discover.
