The Lodge is a self contained annex, with free off road parking and calor gas central heating and is situated in the rear garden, which can be found via the double gates to the right of the main house. Outside the annex is a dining area and a private seating area (cushions for seats in outside storage box) by the double doors of the twin bedroom, for the use of the guests. Plus use of the summer house. The accommodation is on one level via 3 steps from the garden. The space includes a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, air fryer and toaster and a well equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, T towels, etc. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided, for that much needed drink when you arrive. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double, each having wardrobe, chest, bedside tables, lamps and extra pillows if required. Blackout blinds. All bedding provided. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. All towels provided, plus body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer, which can be found in the walk in cupboard in the twin bedroom. The main house has CCTV.
