The Loft is a King suite at St Kew Escapes with a DIY breakfast hamper. You will have your own private entrance to come and go as you please. St Kew Escapes is nestled in the village of St Kew in a 16th Century cottage, just under 3 miles from Port Isaac, it is next to the fabulous St Kew Inn with it's beautiful beer garden by a stream and excellent lunchtime and evening menus. The Loft is newly opened from June 2018 and has recently been re-fitted for a warm, comfortable and stylish stay. The breakfast is provided in a basket hamper for you to enjoy at your leisure and consists of freshly homemade bread, butter, milk, jam and marmalade, cereals (including granola and muesli), yoghurt and fruit compote. There is of course filter coffee and tea along with a toaster and kettle for your use. A fridge with small ice compartment and a microwave is also in the room. The compact dishwasher saves on the washing up - after all, you're on holiday! The breakfast area is suitable for preparing cold food and picnics but there are no cooking facilities. The Beech Hut is a stunning, hand-crafted log cabin, meticulously built by the previous owner, Rob, from the wood of a fallen beech tree in the garden. This enchanting cabin exudes a magical charm, nestled within our secluded garden. The serene stream at the garden's edge only enhances its captivating atmosphere.

We have recently purchased (March 2024) this wonderful property from the previous owners, whose family had lived in this beautiful 16th century cottage for over 35 years. We are perfectly placed to enjoy our love of coastal walks, cycling, lazy days on the beach, surfing and evenings in the local St Kew Inn. The choice of local gastro restaurants is hard to beat with excellent indy cafés around too. There is an abundance of beaches and ports nearby, it's possible to visit a different one every day even on a longer stay. The rest of Cornwall is all within easy reach by car too. We take great pleasure in sharing this special place with our guests and will do all that we can to make your stay enjoyable :)
