The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years.
Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments, and drinks are served from 17:30 to 19:00 in the Executive Lounge (this menu will change periodically).
For non-refundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out.
