A newly renovated 3 bedroom bungalow boasting instant gas heating and beautiful decor. A home away from home with washing powder etc supplied. The property is fully enclosed and includes and outdoor seating and dining area. It is 30 seconds to the bus stop linking all the attractions of the City. You are within walking distance to Altnagelvin hospital, local shops, off licence, chip shops and retail parks.
It is an end of row bungalow offering plenty of privacy. The front door is wheel chair accessible. High speed internet is freely available for all.
