Located in the village of Cropton in the heart of North Yorkshire, The New Inn is located on the border of the North York Moors national Park. The hotel offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi and has its own brewery. The New Inn offers a Cottage suite with its own private entrance, garden and patio area. This cottage comes with an en suite bathroom, open-plan lounge and dining area with LCD TV. All rooms feature wooden furnishings and an en suite bathroom. Guests can benefit from the restaurant which can cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu offers such delights as the Cropton Stout Pie, using the Breweries own Stout and The New Inn Sausage Ring, made to their own secret recipe. The Inn is located within easy reach of the A1 motorway, which is less than an hour away. The historic city of York is also within an hour by car. The seaside towns of Scarborough and Whitby are around 20 miles away.

The New Inn is a traditional, relaxed, dog friendly, family run pub dating back nearly 400 years. We pride ourselves on offering quality food, drink, and accommodation. Situated in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors. You will be greeted with a friendly Yorkshire welcome by all our staff.

The building is over 400 years old and the rooms are located over 2 floors and many have quirky features such as sloping ceilings and small nooks & crannies! Please be sure to inform us of any accessibility issues when booking. We do not have a lift however a staff member will be happy to help you with your luggage if required. Guests can benefit from the restaurant which can cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu offers such delights as the Cropton Stout Pie, using the Brewery's own Stout, made to their own secret recipe. The Inn is located within easy reach of the A1 motorway, which is less than an hour away. The historic city of York is also within an hour by car. Surrounded by glorious countryside and wondrous woodlands Cropton is the perfect place to take in the wonders of Britain’s natural world. Bordering the mesmerising North York Moors National Park. Perfect for exploring the North Yorkshire heritage coast and Moors. Less than 10 minutes drive away is the market town of Pickering with its pretty railway station. You may wish to visit Flamingo Land, a combined zoo and theme park which is less that 20 minutes from Cropton.
