The Oast House, which sleeps six, is set over the first & second floors of a former 19th-century oast house. The property provides a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom & separate toilet. One twin bedroom can be made up into a superking room on request. There is an open plan kitchen & lounge area which is perfect for socialising. - Barn conversion with shared garden. - The property is on our family farm - we have 135 acres. You are welcome to immerse yourselves in our farm and we have a 5km walk through the fields. You will see cows, sheep and chickens. We live on site and can answer any questions you have about farming life! - The Oast House sleeps 6 (one double room and two twin rooms). One of the twin rooms can be made up to a superking bed (please request when you book). - Family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Second separate toilet. - Parking outside of the property. Hi, I'm James. I manage bookings of our three holiday cottages at Mintridge - The Oast House, The Chaff House and The Coach House. The properties are owned by my parents, Sally and Richard. Sally and Richard farm 130 acres at Mintridge. Sally deals with check in; generally running of the business and is available either in person or by phone at all times. Sally runs the farm and is generally on site everyday. She can be contacted 24 hours a day.

Ample parking is provided at the property. There is a public bus which runs between Bromyard and Hereford however bringing your own car is vital.
