The Old Dairy has undergone complete renovation to realise our dream of creating a B&B that we ourselves would want to stay in and many of our guests say it is equal to or better than a 5* Hotel. The Old Dairy is a charming, characterful building converted from the original 18th Century dairy; some of the original features can still be seen. Our luxurious B&B offers three well appointed rooms all tastefully furnished to a high standard complete with hotel quality beds, crisp cotton Egyptian cotton bed linen, private bathroom or en-suite, white fluffy towels & robes, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, flat screen TV, hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, fan and wi-fi. We can offer twin, Superking or King rooms all with their own separate seating area and we also have a a ground floor room for those who find stairs a challenge. Our luxury B&B ensures our guests experience the ultimate in home-from-home comfort and style, complete with choice of traditional home cooked breakfast or continental breakfast using the very best of locally sourced produce. Guests are also welcome to enjoy spending time in our two acre wildflower meadow and wildlife garden; the perfect place to just unwind after a day out exploring the area.

When we are not busy in and around our B&B or Holiday Cottage you will often see us enjoying the local area ourselves, walking or cycling in the or enjoying a coffee or glass of wine at one of the many pubs or cafes! With a two acre wildflower meadow and wildlife garden area we are also often found pottering around out there ourselves!

We are just 1 mile from The Royal Marines Training Camp (CTCRM) perfect for those visitors attending Passing Out Parades, Famiily Days or functions and are located on the doorstep of Lympstone Manor, Michael Caine's acclaimed, Michelin Star, fine dining Country House Hotel. We are situated on The Exe Estuary Trail and South West Coast Path making us an ideal location for cycling enthusiasts, bird watchers and walkers alike. The local railway station is situate in Lympstone Village, just a short walk away, which serves both Exmouth and Exeter with links further afield. The nearest bus stop is just 200 yards away, which provides a frequent bus service from Exmouth to Exeter and the surrounding areas. There is a good choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants all within easy waling distance.
