There is a Nespresso coffee machine, Luxurious 'The White Company' Bedding. Satellite TV with Netflix app and High speed Wifi. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage for you to use, just ask me for the key for access. This apartment is situated in the stunning Cotswold stone hamlet of Sandford St. Martin. It is one of the most beautiful Cotswold villages in West Oxfordshire, it is surrounded by beautiful countryside with wonderful walks nearby.

My family and I have lived at The Old Doctors House in this beautiful hamlet for 14 years. We built The Old Doctors Retreat in 2020 and have put a lot of TLC into the property. We are very proud of what we have achieved. The apartment is self contained so you are welcome to come and go as you please. However, please feel free to ask if you need anything. This is a lovely part of the country with many things to see and do. It's the perfect area for romantic walks and country pubs. Blenheim Palace is beautiful, home to the Blenheim horse trials, Nocturne music concert, Flower show (15 min drive) and worth a visit in nearby Woodstock. If you like to shop, you can't miss out on Bicester Village designer outlet. It's about a 20 mins drive. We are 5 mins drive to the members club of Soho Farmhouse. Popular Music festivals The Big Festival and Wilderness are about a 20 min drive (held in July and August). Jeremy Clarkson's farm (17 mins) and The Farmers Dog pub( 30 min drive). The Falkland Arms pub (In the recent Mobland series) is a 5 min drive in the beautiful village of Great Tew. A 20 min drive brings you into Oxford. If you have never been, it's definitely worth a visit. With stunning university college architecture, a beautiful river with punting available and picnicking by the river. Must sees if you want a drive, go into the depths of the Cotswolds via Chipping Norton. Visit Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and beautiful small cotswold towns. Walk through our beautiful Cotswold stone hamlet to the 100 year old Sandford St. Martin Cricket Club. It's situated at the top left hand side of the village and signposted from the road. It's a gorgeous location. We have some lovely pubs in this area including The Crown Inn at Church Enstone, very popular The Bell and The Bull pubs in Charlbury and The White Horse Inn at Duns Tew, If you prefer an Indian Meal, Bengal Spice restaurant in Deddington is 6 miles away. A few minutes away in the next village of Middle Barton there is a Lebanese restaurant that also delivers if you want a cosy night in. Food shops: small convenience store- Middle Barton. Chipping Norton- M & S foodhall, Sainsburys, Aldi, Coop. Scrumptious deli/cafe Quince & Clover- Deli-Great Tew-5 min drive. It's a lovely part of England to visit. Have a wonderful time exploring.
