The old mill is a grade 2 listed property with a spectacular view of the river Wensum in Fakenham. This wonderful topsy-turvey character property has the kitchen and open plan lounge / dining area to the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom to the ground floor. This property will comfortably sleep 4 people and also has 1 allocated parking space, however if more parking is required there are ample spaces 2 minutes walk away.
The property is situated in the historic market town of Fakenham and sitting on the banks of the river Wensum which provides some stunning scenery and pleasant walks. It is also 5 minutes walk from the town centre which provides shops , restaurants and bars. Fakenham is also a stones throw away from some of the best North Norfolk beaches.
