The Old Stables is a luxury annex in the heart of the North East. This beautiful, contemporary old stable has been very stylishly renovated with an Open Plan layout, perfect for relaxing and visiting friends. The space is perfectly laid out with all the modern amenities that you would require combining modern stylings of a Parisian suite with old English, countryside splendour. The bedroom is situated on the first floor to the rear of the property and away from the road, to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. It is a real home from home. The location is ideal for trips into town, metro trains and main roads to visit the coast and Northumberland. We are also situated only 5 minutes drive from Newcastle international airport. The space The space has a contemporary, light and airy feel to it with tall windows letting in lots of light. The lounge area has a smart TV and WiFi throughout. There is also a three seater sofas and dining table with chairs for all meals. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and chest of draws for clothing and plenty of storage. (Extra bedding is available if needed). The bedroom is situated on the first floor to the rear of the property.

Guest access The whole property is available for rent; with a self checkin via keysafe/lockbox to check themselves in. Very close to many restaurants, shops and visiting local attractions. All the city’s university’s, cafes, theatres, airport, cinemas and St. James’s Park are within a short car ride away or are accessible by metro, with the nearest stop just minutes from the accommodation. The city centre is a 15 min drive with Newcastle airport only 5mins away. A Free car parking space included with the stay, which includes your own outdoor space and patio area. Other things to note Free car parking is available and included in your stay. As mentioned above, the Metro is less than five minutes away which can get to you anywhere in the local region. We would say a car is the most beneficial way to access all the local treasures in the area but understand everyone has their own preference.
